Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before booking a journey with M Transport.
1. Quotes and Bookings
All quotes are fixed-price based on the journey details you provide. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received in full. We accept major credit and debit cards through secure online payment.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be requested in writing by email to m.transport.uk@outlook.com.
- More than 24 hours before pickup: full refund minus any non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Between 6 and 24 hours before pickup: 50% refund of the total journey value.
- Less than 6 hours before pickup or no-show: no refund.
3. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup time and location. Drivers reserve the right to refuse carriage to anyone behaving in an abusive or unsafe manner.
4. Liability
M Transport is fully insured for passenger transport. We are not liable for missed flights or appointments caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
